How the test works – step by step

1. Open the package – remove the test device and identify the two observation windows and specimen wells. Use within one hour of opening the foil pouch.
2. Prepare the extraction tube – peel off the foil seal of the pre-filled extraction tube and place it in the holder provided.
3. Collect the nasal sample – insert the sterile swab approximately 2 cm into each nostril and rotate 5 complete circles per side.
4. Extract the sample – stir the swab in the extraction tube for 10 seconds, press the swab tip against the tube wall 3 times, then attach the dropper cap firmly.
5. Apply the sample – dispense 2 drops of extracted solution into each specimen well (S) on the test device.
6. Read your result – read the test result after exactly 15 minutes. Do not interpret results after 30 minutes.

Storage and shelf life

Store the test kit at 2–30 °C in a dry place away from direct sunlight. Do not freeze. Once the foil pouch is opened, use the test device within one hour. Check the expiry date printed on the packaging before use.
